La censure de la recherche américaine affecte l’ensemble de la planète puisque nombre de projets internationaux incluent des chercheuses et chercheurs américains, alerte, dans une tribune au « Monde », un collectif scientifique, qui appelle les universités françaises et européennes à la solidarité.
A collective of scientists published a tribune in "Le Monde" calling on European universities to offer solidarity and simplified solutions to accommodate American researchers affected by research censorship in the US, particularly in the humanities, social sciences, inclusion studies, and climate science. They propose a Europe-wide initiative to host 5,000 researchers, costing approximately €750 million annually, to mitigate the impact of US research restrictions on international projects.
